Diederik was educated at the Erasmus University in Rotterdam. In 1997 Diederik moved to Cape Town South Africa to work for Hofmeyr Herbsteins attorneys. In 1999 Diederik qualified for the bar In The Netherlands and joined the IP department of Clifford Chance LLP.
Diederik advises several multi-national companies on sport sponsoring. In addition, Diederik acts on behalf of several well known soccer players, the Dutch National hockey team and other sports personalities. Diederik is a very experienced and highly rated litigator within The Netherlands and a regular teacher at the University of Amsterdam.
